Humans affect the physical environment in numerous ways: overpopulation, contamination, burning fossil powers, and deforestation. Changes like these have triggered climate alter, soil erosion, poor air quality, and undrinkable water. These negative impacts can influence human behavior and can provoke mass migrations or battles over clean water.

How are the aquatic organisms, wildlife and the human population impacted by trash pollution?
Allushta [10]

Trash pollution like plastic can impact aquatic organisms, they can swallow the plastic which can kill them if not treated right away, other trash pollution like oils can make the aquatic organisms sick. Some pollutants can also affect the mother's milk when it comes time to feed their young, Lots of pollutions can make the animals sick very sick and they can't fight the virus so they ended up dying putting their species at risk of extinction.

Air pollutants can affect the birds, they are breathing in toxic airs from factories and that can kill them too or make them sick.

Pollutions are very bad for aquatic life and wildlife, we have to make sure we keep this planet clean or else we will die out too like the animals

hope this helped :)

What effects does the change of seasons have on the angle of the sun above the horizon at noon?
irina [24]

Answer:

It changes the angle.

Explanation:

Seasonality affects the angle of the sun above the horizon by making it higher in the summer and lower in the winter.

The tilt of the Earth is responsible for the seasons and for the angle at which the solar rays make contact with any given point on the globe during a certain season.

In summer, the Sun is closer to the overhead position, while in winter the Sun is lower on the horizon.

Humans have built artificial levees along the Mississippi River to protect themselves and their property from floods. However, t
Nikitich [7]

The correct answer is - A. reduce the amount of sediment deposited on floodplains and increase the amount of sediment deposited at the river's mouth.

The Mississippi River is one of the biggest rivers in the world. It is also a river that carries with it very large amount of sediments. The levees built along side it though do not allow the natural process of deposition of sediments on the floodplains of the river. That results in the river carrying the sediments down to the river mouth. Because of this, the river mouth is becoming an ever-growing delta because of the constant deposition of very large amounts of sediments. This also causes lot of the sediments to end in the coastal parts of the sea, which makes the sea waters shallower and murkier, as well as creating new land forms alongside the coast from the deposited material.
