Here is the main difference between the two:

A bias is when a person explains an event, issue, or idea in a way that shows that they heavily favor one side over another. For example, this is seen in newspaper articles on a constant basis. Individuals who have a favorable bias of the president constantly talk about his positive actions. On the other hand, those who have an unfavorable bias towards the president talk about the negative elements of his presidency.

On the other hand, point of view refers to the way someone understands a question or situation. This reflects a persons attitude towards the topic at hand.
