Answer:

A. The nurse will assess blood pressure more frequently to ensure that it does not go beyond the ordered limits

Explanation:

Systolic blood pressure, also known as “maximal pressure”, is the blood pressure at the time of cardiac systole, in other words, at the time of contraction of the heart, causing the blood to thrust into the arteries. Systolic blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the blood against the artery wall, that is, the more the heart contracts with emphasis, the more the systolic pressure will increase. However, when systolic blood pressure rises too much, it becomes very dangerous that can result in serious patient problems.

For this reason, in the case described above, the nurse should assess blood pressure more often to ensure that she does not exceed the prescribed limits.

djyliett [7]

Answer:

From the incidence, it is clear that the patient will soon experience hypovolemic shock, which is only secondary to trauma and hemorrhage, and capable of resulting to a situation of threat to life.

For the trainer to manage this situation, the first step will be to call 911 in order for speedy medical assistance. The next thing to do is to try to control the bleeding via the use of direct pressure, elevation, and pressure points. By the time the bleeding stops, and the medical assistance has not arrived, then immobilization of the forearm should be done in a vacuum immobilizer. Next, elevate the feet of the patient to be in a shock position and lying face up. Lastly, try to ensure his temperature is maintained.

Hey, so I have a bad headache and i think it because I'm not dunking water, I'm going to go drink some water and talk something
Mnenie [13.5K]
Hihi I usually get pretty bad headaches as well. Drink your water, lots of it. If you wear glasses, I recommend you drink your water, and then you get in bed and either watch tv (not your phone since its gonna strain your eyes too much), or sleep. If its literally killing you, get a towel, and dip it in cold water, then put it on top of your head. If you dont have a towel, get an icepack and put it on your head (yes ik its crazy).
Also this isnt very healthy but I usually start pulling my hair (not pulling them out ofc) so that I focus on tHaT pain and not on the actual headache. Dont do this tho
