It is possible to be sodium-deficient if you overexert yourself and lose excessive amounts of sodium in sweat. You can also drive your sodium levels down by drinking too much water and diluting the concentration of sodium in your body.

Both of these things can lead to a potentially dangerous condition known as hyponatremia. With hyponatremia, the extreme loss of sodium can trigger symptoms ranging from muscle cramps, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness to shock, coma, and death.

So I would say heat cramps, but I'm not too sure.

Evgen [1.6K]

Answer:

Decision making is affected

Explanation:

Many people have already answered your question on how it is negative, but something else to consider is that drugs affect a certain part of your brain called the frontal cortex. This part of the brain is in charge of decision making and addiction control, which are both damaged hen taking drugs.

sveta [45]

Answer:

One of the techniques used to detect a lie is fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging)

Explanation:

fMRI is defined as a clinical and research procedure that allows images of brain activity to be obtained while doing a task. The fMRI is able to see in detail neuroanatomic structures of the brain.

The use of fMRI to detect lies is through the measurement of the activity of certain areas of the brain. Lying demands greater cognitive effort and that effort leads to greater activity in some areas of the brain. Those changes are what would be measured with the fMRI.
