This is a somewhat difficult question but in my opinion, option C seems to be the most like a paradox.

A paradox is a statement that is rather blunt, but is so blunt that it seems untrue. However when interpreted closely, it makes logical sense.

The other's don't seem to make that much sense in general, but C seems to be violent while sending an important message, because, it is true, in some situations you must hurt someone to help them. Especially to learn the feeling of pain since it's something they will deal with in life.
