The authorities have to be very strict toward the industry and force it to use filters, which unfortunately is often a big problem because of the corruption. The large cities that have problems with air pollution often lack greenery. This can be solved by putting objects on which plants can grow, at every possible location. Plants such as the ivy are active all year around, they are fast growing, and low maintenance, and they will be able to extract huge amounts of carbon dioxide from the air.
