Explanation:

In autocratic form of Government one individual has ample supremacy and he is pertained to be the ultimate deciding authority.  There are no constitutional conventions that constrain the power of the autocrat.  

The common subjects under dictatorial government have no role in party-political process, no elections and there is no way in which they could express their will of formation of the Government.  

There are many contemporary domineering forms of Governments that is prevalent even today. Autocrats were ruling earlier and they were hailed to be the most superior authority with grandeur.
