I tend to use APA norms to essays. When writing it, we must look for information that was proved, this will give a strong and truthful perspective to our essay.

But, I common problem in writing matters is the reliability of the sources that fundaments our paper. One way to decide this, it's consulting primary sources or those that have an Editorial subscription, because as authors they have to right truthful stuff, otherwise they won't be published.
