Answer:

Expected Market Return = 10.55%

Explanation:

Using CAPM equation

Required rate of return = Rf + (Rm - Rf) x Beta

14% = 4.8% + (Rm - 4.8%) x 1.6

14% - 4.8% = 1.6 Rm - 7.68%

9.2% + 7.68% =  1.6 Rm

16.88% = 1.6 Rm

Rm = 16.88% / 1.6

Rm = 10.55%

Bok buys an espresso machine from Coffee Gadgets, which bills him for $100. He writes out a check drawn on Dios Bank, but later,
noname [10]

Answer: d. must stop payment if the bank has a reasonable time to act.

Explanation:

Dios as a bank holds money for it's customers which means that the money is still under the ownership of the customer in question to do as they see fit.

If the customer therefore instructs them to act in a certain way with that money, they will do so provided that it is legal of course.

Bok asks Dios to stop a payment related to his own money and so they must do so if they have enough/reasonable time to do so because as their customer, he is there first priority especially in relation to his own money.

To Cash

(being long term is recorded)

Long-term debt is a liability which usually has a credit balance. Therefore, until the long-term debt is entirely repaid, the long-term debt account has to be debited to pay it off entirely from the account books. In another hand, the cash account has to be paid, because there is a cash outflow.

svetoff [14.1K]

Answer:

Option B

Explanation:

In simple words, Activity-based budgeting (ABC) is a better way to allocate overhead expenses.  The expense of each recurrence of an overlay occurrence throughout the procedure is determined during first step of allocation. The cost of every incidence is then allocated to individual things manufactured by the company inside the second stage.

Thus, from the above we can conclude that the correct option is B.
