My family's unspoken rules about polite talk and behavior is how they acted in front of my parents. For example, if someone called my dad 'dawg' instead of sir, they would not be allowed back into my house. Certain piercings, tattoos, and even table manners all affected if my parents allowed this person back into their house and I would always have to follow these same rules.
