I say C because it sounds the most formal compared to A.,B,and D. When I first saw he question I thought D but it isnt formal because it is saying in a concerned tone What are you talkin' about? like someone said something that your angry and suprised about..you know what I mean

Some of the problems one may face when listening to a lecture include being unable to remember the content being dictated to you. Another would be an inability to write as fast as the lecturer is speaking. One may copy down incorrect information when trying to keep up with what is being said. When trying to write information down quickly, one may be unable to write neatly enough that they are able to read back on their information. If you are too busy trying to copy down as much as you can, you may even miss out on the most important information.
