Answer:The nature of slavery in West Africa before the beginning of the trans-Atlantic slave trade is Servitude or coerced labor

Explanation: Servitude was practice in West Africa before the beginning of the trans-Atlantic slave trade. Servitude simply means being a slave to a more wealthier or powerful person.

2)Slavery was important to the African society because it serves as a business during the time and the economy also witness growth due to the fact that foreign goods were exchanged for slave.

3) Slavery in West Africa when compared with contemporaneous systems of coercive labor in Europe are almost at par because the slave or the labor are compensate with little or nothing for the job done.

I never understand these things no matter how many different ways they are explained to meplz help.
Talja [164]
Hello there!

Here is my OPINION/ interpretation. I may or may not be incorrect.

1). The US shouldn't sell arms (weapons) overseas because it would cause a war, and the US's goal was to stay isolated, hence the term isolationism.

Arms = weapons
Arms = body part

Selling weapons across the to Britain could cause conflicts, which could lead to war.

However, (in the first image), of they didn't sell weapons, they'd remain neutral, therefore avoiding war and its costs.

2). This cartoon MAY be trying to persuade the reader that war isn't always the solution to resolving a conflict, and that isolationism can lead to peace and unity.

Again, this is MY OPINION.

Hope this helped! :)

What made travelling by land very difficult for ancient Greeks? Text to speech
Dmitry [639]

Answer:

A. Sharp rocks often ruined their wagons' wooden wheels.

Explanation:

Travel by land in ancient Greece was challenging. Roads filled with stones and dirt that were dry and dusty during the summer. Using wooden wheel wagons was impossible, as the roads were uneven and filled with rocks. For transportation, Greeks used horses and donkeys for a short distance. When a large number of goods needed to transport, water transportation used. Greeks much more accustomed to the waterways than the road as they built and learned to travel by ships.

Who was the first president to make a concerted effort ot establish the primac of the national government?
ludmilkaskok [199]
The correct answer is George Washington. I believe you wanted to say primacy. The idea is that there should be a strong national government and it doesn't get any earlier than him since he was after all the first president of the United States. He didn't like the idea of parties because he believed they would split the people and the government.
