According to the excerpt from Act III, Scene 1 from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by William Shakespeare, Titania gives the moon human qualities and imagines it as a woman crying because someone is being prevented from love for the duration of the night. Finally, she asks the fairies to take Bottom to her bed.
