Hi there, again!

The answer would be D. The California sea lions chat randomly with each other.

At the end of this paragraph recognize how the author says “California sea lions are known to be one of the noisiest among the fin-footed species.” Automatically eliminating A, B, and C because B suggests a harmonious sound which is the opposite of what the author is suggesting. A and B don’t even suggest sounds leaving D as the answer.
