Jeb is really very intelligent, but when he gives speeches he tends to go monotone, he mumbles a lot, and he does not move aroun

The audience should adapt to the speaker's delivering by concentrating on the message, not the delivery style. How we deliver a speech is just as more important than the basic message we are trying to express to the listeners so just listen and don’t mind the style he is using.
