The four sentences provided in the question offer a short narrative about an event in the speaker's life. The speaker had to sing solo for the first time. That is the introduction, sentence number 1, the situation in which the speaker is. Since it is mentioned in the very introduction that the speaker is nervous, the most logical way to continue the narrative would be by following this information with a sentence that develops it a bit further. That would be sentence number 4, in which details are given as to how nervous he or she was. Now we need to know if the speaker was or wasn't able to sing at all. Sentence 2 tells us he/she did sing. Sentence 3 offers further information; he/she did it, not perfectly, a bit screechy. But it was accomplished anyway. That's why the logical way to sequence this narrative is 1 4 2 3.

The flavor of ice cream I would invent would be oxygen filled ice cream and here is why. We can always eat the ice cream to get a lot more of oxygen. Also if we cry and eat the ice cream we can't really suffocate because we will get the oxygen. Plus it will come in all flavors.
