A Good public policy must guard the interests of the civilians and it addresses the whole population as such. It involves three important steps while formulating the public policy. firstly, agenda setting, option-formulation and implementation.

The final course of action will be decided by the government after a long deliberation on it and carefully implementing it in the society.
