Therefore, once these peoples managed to manage the river channels and the irrigation that they made of the surrounding land, these civilizations began to develop technologically and socially.
These advances allowed men to accumulate resources, since there was an overproduction of food thanks to new technologies. As a consequence of this, the first political organizations and governments emerged, aimed at effectively organizing access to these resources.
