Therefore, it would be more of a contradiction because the things that are mentioned in them do not coincide. An example of a paradox would be the statement "There is no absolute truth". This is contradictory because you saying that there is no such thing as absolute truth yet you are also saying it definitively as if it were absolute truth. So, if there is no absolute truth, but the statement has an absolute truth claim, then the statement does not make sense and is a paradox.

B. If a species is highly adaptable, then it would be able to withstand any changes in the environment because it would adapt in each and every change. The changes in environment would not likely be lethal in this regard, and as a result, the species would not die off.
