Answer:

The well tested, the consolidated principle that explains a body of facts.

Explanation:

In psychology, the theory is a principle that explains and solves a problem. Theories always represent a bunch of issues. For example, a theory of evolution explains where humans came and how they survive. But now these days theory has been used for an unsupported claim for example parents claim that for children that you hide last night from home. So it is a little bit confusion in scientific terms. But the scientific theory has a backup with much empirical research. But many people confused with scientific research because scientific theories called theories instead of facts and law. It is because scientific law categorizes and explains a phenomenon. For example, Kapler's law that how the earth revolves around the sun. Many theories accepted about human behavior which are widely accepted such as Sigmund Freud personality theories.

How is a concurring opinion different from a dissenting opinion?
ira [324]

Answer:

A)

Explanation:

The main difference between these two terms is that a concurring opinion agrees with the majority decision, but for different legal reasons, while a dissenting opinion explains why one or more justices disagree with the majority. Each of which tends to ocurr often in court cases where various judges analyze and pass judgment of another judges decision on a specific case. With a concurring opinion most, if not all, judges agree with the decision that has been made but tend to give different reasons as to why they believe the decision was justified.

What factors led to the development of plantation farming in the Southern Colonies? (e.g. Slavery, Location , (?)
Lorico [155]
The farming plantation in the southern colonies flourished due to its geography and its climate. The land in the southern colonies is considered to be of fertile soil. They also contain hilly coastal plains, rich forests, extensive rivers, and swampy areas which is good for producing crops. The climate is another factor; with its soft winters and humid summers, crops tend to grow right away. The tidewater near the coastal plains also brings in minerals which is good for the crops. The growing seasons in the southern colonies are also much longer compared to other places, so it becomes a place ideal for farming.
