He made peace throughout the Empire, no more civil wars and fighting amongst themselves... He gave land and free rights to plebs and advanced into new territory creating many more opportunities for the Roman Empire to thrive in the ancient world...

It prompted the Government to seek a way to overcome the problem and eventually managed to reduce the taxes collected by the government in order to minimize the tax liability on US residents. Tax cuts have led to economic growth.
