after about 600 kya it increased until about 35,000 years ago, when it began to decrease, so i'm not sure, it depends on what it means when it says 'as they evolved'. they grew when they were neanderthals but after that they started shrinking. i don't know if 'as they evolved' means from chimpanzees to nenderthals or if it means for a long time...
