Answer:

There are actually a few good reasons but there are 3 main ones, i call them the 3 Main G's which mean God, Gold, and Glory.

Explanation:

Colonizers would colonize other people or land for greed, power and labor, Back when America was still the British colonies, The more land you owned, the more power you had and more slaves to work that land.

Theres also times when others colonized people to teach them a certain religion.

Some just colonize for the glory of it or for the land's natural resources

I hope this helps

How are the three levels of government similar and different? Cite specific examples.
Brums [2.3K]

Answer:

The three levels of government are structured into a system that is formed of three main branches, which are the judicial, the legislative and the executive. The executive branch is the leader, which is either the governor or the president, who's in charge of making and enforcing rules. This branch of the government enforces the laws established by the legislative branch. The judicial branch is responsible for settling legal disputes and determines whether or not laws are aligned with the state and federal constitution.

Why did British laws and taxes in Colonial America lead to protest and<br> violence?
german

Answer:

The British decided to keep a standing army in America. This decision would lead to a variety of problems with the colonists.

Many colonists felt that they should not pay these taxes, because they were passed in England by Parliament, not by their own colonial governments. They protested, saying that these taxes violated their rights as British citizens. The colonists started to resist by boycotting, or not buying, British goods.
