I don’t have a complete answer but I’ll help u some. Building dams and rerouting rivers are two examples of ways humans directly impact water in watersheds. Humans also use water as a resource, drawing from watersheds for our drinking water. This does not have to be a negative impact, as water usage can be monitored so that it is sustainable. Hope this helped. ;)

Which of the following characteristics would make an organism less likely to face extinction?
olchik [2.2K]

The correct answer is fixed migration pattern.

Extinction means termination of last member of a particular species. This can be due to various factors. The reason could be natural or human interventions. The best characteristics of an organism to be less likely to face extinction are the fixed migration pattern. Migration of that particular species in a fixed pattern will make them adapt different environment. This saves the species from natural extinction. Even if the species of a particular geographical area dies the migrated species will be alive to breed and save the species from extinction.

What do you get when you cross a fast dog with a bumblebee?
Dahasolnce [82]

I'm afraid that is not possible since those two are very distant animals genetically since they're not part of the same species, genus nor family.

But if it was possible, you could either obtain a dog with bublebee traits or a bumblebee with dog traits for example.

Hope it helped,
