Yes, they cared because they didn't want to lose their colonies.

They had many businesses and explorations that they did in america, so with independence they lost that business.

Independence from the United States was declared on July 4, 1776 and ended the colonial bond that existed between the Thirteen Colonies (the name by which the region was known at that time) and England. With this achievement, the United States became the first nation on the American continent to have its independence.

The new nation that emerged was built on a republican and federalist model and inspired by Enlightenment ideals that defended individual freedoms and free trade, for example. In any case, US independence was spearheaded by the colonial elite, dissatisfied with the way England treated colonists.

The independence of the USA and the model of nation developed by the Americans in the 18th century served as inspiration for other nations on the American continent.

What was the Brown v. Board of Education case about?
erastova [34]

Answer:

A. making public education equal for all students

Explanation:

In the Brown v. Board of Education case, the Brown family wanted to enroll their daughter in a public school close to their home, but the local board of education refused and told the family that they had to enroll their daughter in a segregated black school. The family then sued the board of education and stated that their segregation policy was unlawful. The court ruled in the family's favor and agreed that racial segregation in school is unconstitutional. So, public education was made equal for all students regardless of their race.
