With the Gold Rush came a huge increase in population and a pressing need for civil government. In 1849, Californians sought statehood and, after heated debate in the U.S. Congress arising out of the slavery issue, California entered the Union as a free, nonslavery state by the Compromise of 1850.

On August 31, 1935, Congress passed<span> the first </span>Neutrality Act<span> prohibiting the export of “arms, ammunition, and implements of war” from the United States to foreign nations at war and requiring arms manufacturers in the United States to apply for an export license.</span>
All the illnesses that are being passed done generations. Like cancer from all the chemicals and radiation. Or the PTSD that is passed down with the generations. There are a lot of illnesses that can be talked about.
