Answer:

An author may choose to write a memoir in order to describe a personal experience. A memoir allows the author to give readers access to his personal thoughts, feelings, and recollections during an experience, aspects that are unique to the writer and that can be expressed in the writer’s own voice as he reflects on the experience.

xz_007 [3.2K]
This happened in 1992 - it was the year when the number of Internet host servers reached and broke 1,000,000. The development of the Internet was a slow process, but once it began back in the day, it never stopped advancing and thus we have what we have today.

Ganezh [65]
The poem is trying to convey that in society we tend to only show ourselves in a positive way, hiding all the real emotions of sadness, grief, and sorrow from the outside world. In line 1 the poem states, “We wear the mask that grins and lies.” The “mask” is not a literal thing, it just means you are covering up your raw emotions of negative things such as sadness. In line 15-16 the poem states, “But let the world dream otherwise, we wear the mask!” The poet is trying to convey that we don’t let the outside world see the emotions we don’t feel good about. When we are depressed or upset we just put on a fake persona and make it seem like we are okay and happy all the time. Most of the time the so-called “happiest people” tend to be dealing with the most hardships. This poem perfectly encapsulates the idea of a fake facade towards society.
