Answer:

Line 1. <em>And the echoes jump, and tinkle, and swell</em>

Explanation:

The correct answer regarding imagery appealing hearing is line 1: <em>And the echoes jump, and tinkle, and swell</em>.

Imagery in poetry refers to those words and speech intended to create in the reader strong sensations or mental pictures. There are basically seven types of imagery in poetry:

* auditory

* kinesthetic

* gustatory

* organic

* tactile

* visual

* tactile

In the line "<em>And the echoes jump, and tinkle, and swell.</em>" the very fact that echoes generate a sound is reinforced by providing words that create an aural vision of such echoes everywhere.

Which of these is a good strategy for reducing your cable TV bill?
kirill [66]

Answer: E: all of the above except choice D.

Explanation: Choice D is just down horrendous.

From personal experience, choice A is a good one because there are many cable / satellite packages. For example, one of America's leading providers, Dish, also known as Dish Network, has four main packages at different monthly prices. Here are the main packages listed, without taxes, etc:

America's Top 120 - $64.99/mo.

America's Top 120 Plus - $79.99/mo.

America's Top 200 - $89.99/mo.

America's Top 250 - $99.99/mo.

Of course this is just for a two year contract, but onto the others.

For choice B, bundling does indeed help save the customer money, as learned with my grandmother's AT&T bill. They combined internet + phone as they don't have cable or satellite, but it helps them save a good amount per month on their bill.

For choice C, I will substitute "Redbox", or DVD renting, for streaming services. Most services are around $7-$20 per month. HBO Max for example, is $14.99 per month, which is just one available package. Other services such as Netflix and Hulu have a couple different packages and add-ons. As the years have gone by, more and more people have started paying for streaming services, and many have even cut off cable completely! Cable and satellite TV can be extremely expensive as shown above on the answer for choice A with the Dish Network example. That wasn't even with taxes and equipment fees for the Hopper and Joey DVR boxes.

All in all, anything except choice D will help you reduce your cable TV bill. Sorry for the long explanation, I just have vast knowledge about this topic!

Select the complete subject of the sentence below.<br><br> Rob sent a letter to Mary.
aev [14]

Answer:

ROB

Explanation:

Rob is the complete subject since he is the main "character" in the sentence. Mary is secondary. 'Rob' sent a letter to (blank). Without Rob, we wouldn't be reading about sending a letter. Hope that makes sense!
