Failing to see something from someone else’s perspective is dangerous because you wouldn’t know or have an idea on how they would feel if you said or did something, like if you were tell them that they’re ugly, they would probably be hurt by that statement but you wouldn’t know if they’ll be hurt or not because you’re not trying to put yourself into their perspective and it’s dangerous because the statement could really hurt their feelings

The definition of division of labor is when each job is seperated for different people. Like some are carpenters, doctors, nurses. You get the idea. A doctor doesn't do a nurses job, and a nurse isn't a surgeon. Hope this helps :D.
