To determine theme, you need to think mainly about the climax of the story, or the point of no return. Doing so, wherever the point of no return is usually where the theme comes the easiest to the reader. Focus on something that goes with the whole plot of the story. Not just one little section though.

Answer:

- by adding a statistic or a quotation.

Explanation:

A counterclaim primarily aims to neglect the previous claim of the author and it is added with the aim to establish both the stands on the topic. The given rebuttal can be made impactful by 'addition of statistical data or quotation' as it will help nullify the counterclaim effectively and establish the validity and credibility of the author's actual claim which will appeal to readers' logic and make them believe in it. A strengthened rebuttal helps establish the author's objectivity and unbiasedness and validates why he favors that specific stand of the topic. Thus, it displays the author's claim to be fairer and justified.

Which sentence is an example of a biased statement?
Serjik [45]

A biased statement is one which asserts without real proof for evidence that something is out of the ordinary.

For example, the British people are traditionalists ( because of their having a Royal Family and class systems, etc).

People who are good at maths are brainy .

So bias really is an assertion without real proof
