2y\left(x^3+9x-5x^2-45\right) - Factor out " (x^3+9x-5x^2-45\right)) " by grouping,

\left(x^3-5x^2\right)+\left(9x-45\right) - Factor 9 from 9x - 45 and x² from x³ - 5x²,
