Answer:

Compass Rose

Explanation:

A Compass Rose is a symbol in the shape of a circle that has marked around the directions in which the circumference of the horizon is divided, and that would be south, east, north and west. His invention is attributed to the Mallorcan Ramon Llull, although the detailed description given by Pliny the Elder in book II could have been his basic reference.

In the navigation charts it is represented by thirty two diamonds (deformed) joined by one end while the other points the course on the circle of the horizon. Above all is the fleur-de-lis with which the North is usually represented. That symbol is documented from the fifteenth century.

Help please! If the federal government wants to encourage businesses and consumers to spend more money, it would MOST LIKELY
agasfer [191]
Answer;
If the federal government wants to encourage businesses and consumers to spend more money, it would most likely "decrease the tax rate" since this would allow people to have more money to spend on goods and services.

Explanation;
Decreasing tax encourages business and consumers to spend more money.
A tax decrease will increase disposable income because it leaves household with more money. On the other hand a tax increase will decrease disposable income, because it takes money out of households.
Disposable income is the main factor driving consumer demand, which accounts for two-thirds of total demand.
