Shi Huangdi is remembered as a cruel leader. He believed in strict rules to end the Chaos in  Chinese Society. His policy of strict rule led him to found the Unified Chinese empire, which later became one of the causes of the fall of the Qin dynasty in the Chinese civilization. To weaken the nobility he took back all the lands given to them, and set standardized Rules, Single written language, funded irrigation projects and standardized transportation. These set of rules and laws helped him to Unite the Chinese empire.
