Answer:

We use different types of maps because one map will not do everything we need. For example, we use political maps in the United States for the primary and general presidential election. Also, topographic maps are used to determine the elevation of land above sea level in different areas. Traffic maps are used to determine if there is traffic in the roadway.

Explanation:

A map is the pictorial or diagrammatic representation of an area. There are many types of maps, for example Political Map, Physical Map, Climate Map, Resource Map, Road Map, etc. As the names suggest, each map depicts different things. So different types of maps are used to get information about different things like Political maps are used to get information about the countries, regions or areas' boundaries. Physical maps are used to find out the physical features of a country or land like rivers, mountains, etc. Climatic Maps show regions with respect to climates, Road maps show the road sides or road ways to reach from one place to another. Similarly resource maps show lands with respect to the resources they contain.

boyakko [2]

Answer: General

Explanation:

General deterrence theory is the justice concept in terms of crime that holds back illegal and criminal activities done by people. It is based on the punishment and penalties as the consequence of the illegal act conducted by any person which discourages other people from doing the same.

As the punishment is severe, it creates an environment of fear in mind of people and thus they do not attempt such type of criminal acts which can lead to the same punishment.
