Answer:

c. A relatively large group selected to include as many individuals of interest as possible

Explanation:

The population can be defined by several characteristics used to conclude a specific subject in population. It can vague and specific. For example, several newborn babies in America with a blue eye is a specific population which studied the blue color of eyes. Most of the researcher wants to know the characteristics of every entity in a population so can get a very precise result of the population.

Sample: A sample is a small and manageable group of a large population. It can be called a subset of a large population that describes the entity characteristics of a population. It can be called a pilot study.

Both the term sample and population are the most important part of a research. A population is a vast group and sample is a small group to represent a population.

How are the sixth, seventh, and eighth amendments similar?
ra1l [238]
What ever amendment does:

1) 6th amendment- This guarantees citizens the right to a public trial, the right to a lawyer, right to have a jury of their peers, and the right to know what charges are being put against you. All of these are imperative, as it gives each citizen equal treatment in the eyes of the law.
2) 7th amendment- This guarantees a right to a civil trial in any case in which the object in question is valued at over $20. In this case, there would be a jury. This ensures that any damage to a person's property may be ruled on in court.
3) 8th amendment- This protects citizens against excessive bail. This ensures that citizens are not held for an unfair amount of money. The crime dictates how much bail should be for the individual.

Hope this helps! God bless

Liula [17]

Answer:

b) Openness

Explanation:

The Five-Factor Model of personality is a model of the structure of personality according to which human personality can be described using five broad dimensions: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness.

The main characteristics of the dimensions are:

 • Extraversion: Outgoing, socially confident behavior. Extroverts are sociable, talkative and enjoy being the center of attention. Introverts are more quiet and prefer to be on their own.
 • Agreeableness: Individuals who score highly on agreeableness are friendly and co-operative, they are trusting of others and are more altruistic and sympathetic. People who score low on this dimension are less concerned with pleasing other people or making friends, they tend to be more suspicious and are less charitable.
 • Conscientiousness: People who are conscientious are more aware of their actions and the consequences of their behavior than people who are unconscientious. They feel a sense of responsibility towards other people and are careful with their duties. People who score low on this dimension are less careful and are less concerned about tidiness and punctuality.
 • Neuroticism: People with high neuroticism are persistent worriers. They are fearful and often feel anxious, over-thinking their problems focusing on the negative aspects of them. They tend to become frustrated and angry if things don't go as they wish. People who score low are less preoccupied and are able to remain more calm under stressful situations.
 • Openness: Willingness to try new activities. People with higher levels of openness enjoy artistic and cultural experiences and are more open to unfamiliar cultures and customs, they are imaginative. People with low levels of openness are wary of uncertainty and the unknown and feel uncomfortable in unfamiliar situations and prefer familiar environments.

In this example, Garner is imaginative and independent and prefers variety, these preference for variety and imagination is characteristic of people who score high on Openness.

On the other side, Brandy is conventional and practical and prefers routine. This preference for familiar environments and situations is characteristic of people who score low on Openness.

Therefore, it is most likely that Garner scores high and Brandy scores low on the big five personality trait called openness.
