The claim is that dividing schools into male and female separate schools can improve education.
So we are looking for evidence that says <em>both</em> of two points: (1) schools should be divided and (2) dividing the schools improves education.
We can go through the choices and eliminate the ones that don't say both points. You can see that A and C don't support that schools should be divided. They're saying that undivided schools shouldn't be a problem, so A and C are wrong. B talks about divided schools, but it doesn't say anything about how dividing schools improves the students' education, only that the dad is fine with teaching in separate schools, so B is wrong.
