Say something like "I'm running on the behalf of our supplies, music passes, and of course the pizza parties" (Or just say something funny it don't matter) Then just be like,"I'm loyal, responsible, and make decisions based on what YOU want," Just say some good stuff about yourself. Now you'll want to end on a good note, so say something like " If you're liking the sound of better opportunities, supplies, and cafeteria food, then you should vote YES on (whatever ur name/nickname is) and NO on (idk something bad that rhymes with your name or something?)
