Answer:
Sometimes you have to reword your question!
Certain words aren’t allowed on this app even if they seem like good words

Like usually you can’t post a question with the word C O V I D 1 9 on it.

You also have to make it seem like a legit question

Sometimes it has to be long enough but not to long or else it won’t let you post

But like I mentioned before, I’d highly just recommend rewording your question and it should work!❤️

Zepler [3.9K]

Answer:

$900 is the correct answer

Explanation:

The reason is that according to the accrual basis the earnings must be realized when they are earned. In the question it is clearly stated that the earnings per month are $900 ($5400/6months). As services for the five months are delivered and the remainder left is of only one month. So the earnings that will be realized in the accounting books will be:

Dr    Unearned Revenue $4500

Cr               Revenue Earned    $4500

Furthermore, the amount left in the unearned revenue account will be $900 ($5400-$4500).

You are planning to buy 2019 MINI Cooper on a loan. Price of the car is $26,000. You are planning to make monthly payments for t
Sergeu [11.5K]

Answer:

$1,223.91

Explanation:

As per the concept of time value of money, the value of money today is more than the value of money tomorrow.

Given:

Price of car = $26,000

Interest rate 12%, compounded monthly

Tenure = 2 years

Now, Price of the car is the value of money today to purchase the car. So, while computing the monthly payment for car $26,000 will be considered as present value.

Monthly payment for car can be computed easily using Microsoft excel.

Use the following mentioned formula to calculate the monthly payment.

"=PMT(rate,nper,pv,[fv])"

wherein,

Rate = 12%/2 (because it has been compounded monthly)

nper = 2*12 (because 2 years are to be compounded monthly.)

Pv = $26,000 (as mentioned earlier)

Since, there is no Fv so it blank.

Rasek [7]

Answer:

$4,013.10.

$3,329.54.

Explanation:

If discount rate is 8%

PV of Cash Flows :

($830 / 1.08^1) + ($1,150 / 1.08^2) + ($1,410 / 1.08^3) + ($1,550 / 1.08^4)

$768.52 + $985.94 + $1,119.30 + $1,139.30

$4,013.10

If discount rate is 16%

PV of Cash Flows :

($830 / 1.16^1) + ($1,150 / 1.16^2) + ($1,410 / 1.16^3) + ($1,550 / 1.16^4)

$715.52 + $854.64 + $903.33 + $856.05

$3,329.54.
