Read the excerpt from The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro. Based on sentence structure, what is the pacing of the excerpt?

Why?
For the truth was, it was extremely refreshing to be out in the summerhouse after many continuous days in the main building and neither of us was inclined to hurry with our tasks. Indeed, although one could not see out far that day on account of the encroaching mist, and the daylight too was rapidly fading by this stage, . . . I remember our often breaking off from our respective activities simply to gaze out at the views around us.

The pacing of the excerpt from The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro is LEISURELY. It is TO REFLECT THE RELAXED SITUATION DESCRIBED.

Leisurely and relaxed situation hinted by the following statements:
- neither of us was inclined to hurry
- breaking off from our respective activities simply to gaze out at the views around us

Correct the preposition
Delvig [45]

I think the way to correct this preposition would be to remove the word "among" and swap it out for the word "between".

Also, it is true that a computers spelling tool finds every mistake in a document, like incorrectly spelled words and fragments and run-on sentences.

Hope this helps :)

The details from the story, “Gold in the Sky,” by Alan E. Nourse, that help create the character of Greg Hunter are: his fear, his anticipation, and his comparisons of himself and his brother. In the passage, it is stated that Greg knew he was afraid but that no one else did. From this statement we can see that either Greg doesn’t share his emotions or that he puts on a facade of bravery. Also in the passage it is said that Greg wouldn’t trade places with anyone else in that moment despite his fear, that this depended on him, and later on, it also states that he felt anticipation. This shows that Greg is able to put feelings of fear aside for something he enjoys and that he enjoys the feeling of being counted on. In the story it also says that Greg thought of how his brother wouldn’t be able to do what he is doing. This declaration shows that Greg thinks highly of himself. Overall, we can see that Greg Hunter is someone who thinks highly of himself and wants others to as well.
