VikaD [51]

Answer:

Flat worms belong to Phylum- Platyhelminthes as they have flat body because they don't have any coelom in their body or called acoelomate

Explanation:

Coelom is called as the true body cavity that is found in Porifera and Cnidaria but when it comes to platyhelminthes, the coelom is not found and thus they have flat like structure and they are categorized under first triploblastic  animals that is they contain 3 tissue layer which are found in higher animals (Ectoderm, Mesoderm and endoderm) also cephalization takes place in this parasitic group which indicates evolution towards higher, complex organisms.

HELP!! Examine the model depicting the relationship between photosynthesis and cellular respiration. Select ALL of the choices t
joja [24]

Answer:

water and oxygen

Explanation:

The model in the image depicts photosynthesis and cellular respiration processes. Photosynthesis involves the synthesis of glucose and oxygen from carbon dioxide and water while cellular respiration involves the production of carbon dioxide and water from glucose and oxygen. This means that both reactions are opposite of one another.

According to the model, B is the product of cellular respiration in the mitochondrion used by photosynthesis while D is the product of photosynthesis in the chloroplast used by cellular respiration. B is likely water (H2O) while D is likely oxygen based on the provided options.

Phage lambda lytic versus lysogenic phases are controlled by two proteins, Cro which leads to lysis and CII which leads to lysog
Juli2301 [7.4K]

Answer:

The maintainance of the lytic and the lysogenic cycle is done by the Cro and the lambda repressor proteins when the number of bacteria is higher than the number of viruses that is the mode of infectivity or MOI the virus under goes the lytic cycle. This is done by the cleaving of the proteins.

So high nutrient concentration in the gut promotes the growth of the E coli that forms a protease that cleaves the Cro protein and causes the activation of the lysis in the bacteria. So in the high nutrient concentration the bacteria is itself responsible for its lysis.
