Which statement BEST describes the policy of the United States in the rebuilding of Japan, following World War II? A) Japan shou
lubasha [3.4K]

The correct answer is c) Japan should rebuilt along capitalistic lines to make it a worthy and save trading partner.

The statement that best describes the United States policy in the rebuilding of Japan after WWII is that Japan should rebuild along capitalistic lines to make it a worthy and save trading partner.

After World War II, the United States helped in the reconstruction process of Japan. General Douglas McArthur enacted military, economic, and political reforms that helped Japan in the reconstruction process. The United States considered that this was the best way to have a trade partner in the future, instead of an enemy. So it’s true that the statement that best describes the United States policy in the rebuilding of Japan after WWII is that Japan should rebuild along capitalistic lines to make it a worthy and save trading partner.

Choose the statement that best reflects an argument used by Chief Joseph to oppose federal assimilation.
Rashid [163]

Answer:

B. We must be allowed to live independently of the white man's society.

Explanation:

Chief Joseph did not support federal assimilation efforts and believed that this was a strong disrespect for the native community as well as a clear attempt to suppress them and remove them from the land that was rightfully theirs. He claimed that the natives just wanted to maintain their survival, regardless of what the white man thought, they did not want to stop white men, but white men, tried at all costs to exterminate them.

Because of this, we can say that option B is the one that best represents Chief Joseph's argument.

PLEASE HELPP
write the true story of McDonalds
THIS IS NOT A JOKE PLEASE HELP
Annette [7]

The brothers Maurice and Richard McDonald opened their first place in 1940. It was at first a drive-in that had a ton of items. After 8 years, the brothers decided to renovate the business and created McDonald's. It was a small restaurant that was made to produce a ton of food at a low price. So, they limited the menu to some food (hamburgers, fries..) and has a self-serve counter so that the customers would have their food in a short and quick period, and in order not to hire as much as waiters. McDonald’s was a big success which proceeded to evolve into a franchise program.
