Answer:

The right answer to this question is option B. Waxy leaves

Explanation:

Some plants present many different kinds of adaptations on this situation without water, on the desert for example, cactus don't use leaves, only spikes, and by doing that, they don't lose too much water on the process. In the case of the creosote bush, it doesn't lose much water too because of the waxy leaves, and this helps it to not lose water through it, and too, because the leaves are very small. This waxy leaf can be found in lots of plants too, and besides this function, it can protect the plant from insects and animals.

Ber [7]

Answer:

Biologists use these categories to classify organisms, usually with Latin names like Canis familiaris, or "domestic dog." In Middle English, species meant "a classification in logic," borrowed from the Latin word meaning "kind or appearance," from the root of specere, "to see."

2.Why do introduced species often disrupt an ecosystem?
Bad White [126]

Introduced species

Ecosystems are complex systems that are in dynamic equilibrium with constant interactions between their parts.

When a new species is introduced, new interactions will occur, generating new components of the system and also competing with the previous interactions between the species already present in the system, which normally ends up generating an imbalance in the ecosystem mentioned, i.e a disruption in it.
