In my opinion the primary agent of socialization is the most important for teaching culture. Why? Because our family best knows what our culture and tradition is rather than other people not only that but they teach us values, normes and other nessesary things.
When leaders seek advice, feedback, and help to the broader circle of workers, they demonstrate humility and quiet confidence. These are very attractive qualities in a leader. More important, they build trust and inspire mutual success. This is an area where men could learn from women.

Treaty of Frankfurt was signed in Frankfurt on May 10, 1871 ending the France
and Prussian war. The treaty brought back Alsace and Lorraine back to Germany.
The prisoners of war and trade were also brought back to their respective nations.
It has also helped Germany, which had the capacity to excel on technological
inventions and industry, to have a seat on European power politics. France also
paid five billion francs as an insurance to the casualties and problems it had
done during its reign.</span>
In a prisoner's dilemma, the type of behavior that provides the most benefit for each individual is to cooperate.
If the prisoners cooperate, it means that the police won't have enough proof against these criminals given that they will give the same account of what actually happened. Instead of remaining silent, confessing, or betraying each other, the wisest decision for them is to cooperate and thus reduce their punishment.
