1.) Vote
2.) Speak freely against things. Basically practice the first amendment
3.) Participate in the government which along with voting is going to campaign rallies , running for office , and participate in peaceful protests etc.
World leaders can...
1.) Make a peaceful objection to a country in which they do not agree with
2.) They keep the country in which they are running updated on political matters in and outside of the country
3.) Listen to citizens of the country complaints and troubles and actually try to do something about the complaints and troubles
