Answer:

The three problems related with teams in organizations they are Social loafing, Group think, and conflicts due to hierarchy and unclear responsibilities.

Explanation:

Solution

There are three problems related with teams in organizations, they are stated as follows: social loafing, group think, and conflicts due to hierarchy and unclear responsibilities.

Social loafing : this refers to the problem related with group working. in this case only a few members of the group actually do the work and the rest of the group members do not take the work seriously. because there is no clarity on the role of each member of the group.

Group think: Group think arises when  the quality of work done by a group or team in an organisation is affected.

When the group members or teams start thinking in particular direction and do not pay attention to the decisions taken or quality of work by the group, it affects the outcomes produced by the group overtime.

Group think stops individual members from adding their inputs and is largely caused due to following  group and consenting even if there are personal issues among the individual and group opinions.this creates dissatisfaction within the group members and the quality of the work .

Conflicts due to hierarchy and unclear responsibilities: Teams also encounter challenges when there are issues associated to hierarchy in group teams and members which are not clear on decision making.

In absence of clear division of work in a group , the team members may not pay full attention on work but instead on on their lack clear direction and  differences of their opinion to progress.

If the goals of the teams are not put in perspective, then also there is no constructive work done by the teams and groups involved in a task. It is waste of resources and productivity is affected due to lack of proper group norms and cohesive teams.

A perfectly competitive industry consists of many identical firms, each with a long-run average total cost of LATC = 800 – 10Q +
harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

Each firm produces a quantity of 50 in long run equilibrium.

Explanation:

If a perfectly competitive industry of many identical firms has a long-run average total cost of LATC = 800 – 10Q + 0.1Q² and long-run marginal cost of LMC = 800 – 20Q + 0.3Q², for long run equilibrium to occur, LATC must be equal to LMC i.e LATC = LMC.

Equating both cost equation to get quantity Q each firm produces gives;

800 – 10Q + 0.1Q² = 800 – 20Q + 0.3Q²

Bringing all the terms to one side of the equation, we will have;

800-800-10Q+20Q+0.10Q²-0.3Q² = 0

10Q-0.2Q² = 0

Factorizing out Q, the equation becomes;

Q(10-0.2Q) = 0

From the resulting equation;

10-0.2Q = 0

10 = 0.2Q

Q= 10/0.2

Q = 50

This shows that each firm produces a quantity of 50 in long run equilibrium.

Marigold Manufacturing uses a flexible budget. It has the following budgeted manufacturing costs for 25800 pairs of shoes: Fixed
olasank [31]

Answer:

$231,200

Explanation:

The computation of the total budgeted manufacturing cost is shown below:

= Fixed Manufacturing Costs + Variable Manufacturing Costs per pair of shoes × number of shows made this month

= $12,300 + $11 × 19,900 shoes

= $12,300 + $218,900

= $231,200

We simply added the Fixed Manufacturing Costs and variable manufacturing cost so that the exact value might arrive.
