Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, two _________ Post reporters, reported on the Watergate break-in with the help of an unknown in
kobusy [5.1K]
This can easily be answered by looking up their names or "the Watergate scandal" on Google. If you didn't have access to Google, however, you should know that the Watergate scandal involved former President Nixon spying on his political opponents at the Watergate hotel. Although this is not infallible logic, if you had to make an 'educated guess', Nixon was the president at the time. The president lives in Washington D.C, the US capital. This should lead you to believe that the Washington Post might have uncovered this scandal. Indeed those two reporters worked for the Washington Post.

Ugo [173]

Answer:

B) It allowed for the rise of independent political groups and practices in the British colonies.

Explanation:

Prime minister Robert Warpole introduced the policy of salutary neglect in order to ease restrictions and regulations, such as trade laws. By doing so, he found this a good initiative to make Britain focus on Europe's politic affairs and eventually become a world power.  The measure was a success on one side, since American colonies were now able to trade with other countries apart from Britain, investing their earnings in goods made by the British, and supplying them with raw material. But on the other, the colonies began to achieve their political and economic independence, which eventually would lead to revolution.
