Free trade policy does not restrict imports or exports and is applied to international trading of items. New Zealand will likely try and export a lot of lemons due to the free trade market policy. The price of the items is expensive but because they are able to export many, they will do well with exporting them.

OverLord2011 [107]

Answer:

Economic factors directly impact business and are essential factors that can help or impede the organisation in accomplishing its targets. Financial factors that ordinarily influence organizations to incorporate wages, loan and banking transactions. Overall, micro and macroeconomic both factors play a crucial role in predicting and forecasting business dealings and there long-term stability and growth.

Explanation:

Some of the significant economic factors that influence businesses directly are exchange rate, interest rate, unemployment rate, inflation rate, monetary policy, fiscal policy, taxes and many other micro and macro variables factors undertake a critical job in assessing how the business will perform in long- run and how much profits they will make.

Interest rate directly affects the loan ratio, which is linked with banking transactions. Those businesses which are associated with banks and rely heavenly on taking out large loans are affected by the economic decision regarding interest rate fluctuations. The exchange rate has diverse effects of business; however, they significantly affect business which is linked with import and exports. Changing exchange rates may influence how a lot of an organization needs to pay to its global partners to fulfil them, which can influence overall revenues.

Taxes are an essential element of fiscal policies of the government which affect business, and usually, organisations make decisions by predicting next year’s fiscal policy. Increase in taxes negatively affects the revenue generation of businesses, and it affects their profitability. On the other hand, an increase in the gross domestic product (GDP) of a country positively affect businesses, and it helps businesses to go domestically, and globally it provides locals with job opportunities and more wealth generation for businesses. Furthermore, economic policy is also strongly linked with another all factors and play a vital role in overall business growth or decline in a country. In general, economics is an essential factor which can influence organizations. Although they relate to the economy on a broader scale, they significantly affect the inward activities of every business and organization.

What are the accounting differences between cash and receivables from the perspective of a buyer? A seller? How are these differ
bogdanovich [222]

Answer:

From a buyer's perspective, a sale made on credit represents a liability. While a sale made on cash represents a decrease of current assets.

From a seller's perspective, a sale made on credit or cash increases current assets, but the possibility of a bad debt always exist, therefore, accounts receivables must be periodically adjusted due to bad debts.

If the seller or buyer uses accrual accounting system, the previous description holds, but if they use cash basis accounting, things change a lot. When use cash basis, transactions are recorded only when cash is exchanged, so accounts receivables do not actually increase assets (seller's perspective), and accounts payables do not increase liabilities (buyer's perspective).

Delilah purchased a wheelchair with an installment loan that has an APR of 18 percent. The wheelchair sells for $2,007. The stor
alukav5142 [94]

Answer:

$748.48

Explanation:

Cost of wheelchair = $2,007

Down payment = Cost of wheelchair*20% = $2,007*20% = $401.40

Amount of finance = Cost of wheelchair - Down payment = $2,007 - $401.40 = $1,605.60

Interest rate = 18% * 1/12 = 1.5%per month

Term = 54 month

Monthly payment = Amount of finance*I/[1-(1+I)^-n]

Monthly payment = $1,605.60*1.5%/[1-(1+1.5%)^-54]

Monthly payment = $1,605.60*1.5%/[1 - 0.447541]

Monthly payment = $1,605.60*0.015/0.55246

Monthly payment = $43.59411

Total amount paying for loan over a period = Monthly payment * Term = $43.59411 * 54 = $2354.08

Amount of finance charge = Total amount paying for loan - Amount of loan

Amount of finance charge = $2354.08 - $1,605.60

Amount of finance charge = $748.48

Choose one of the scenarios below and write a three-paragraph essay describing its effect on prices for food, housing, and oil.
Ray Of Light [21]
The issue isn't black and white, a true answer is closer to the middle ground but to play devil's advocate I personally believe investors have a net positive effect on companies they keyword: invest in. Investments naturally leads to expansion and growth, that's always at least a main goal of anyone profitable company. It produces more jobs, but it can have the negative effect of curbing jobs in the name of cutting costs. A lasting problem is an overreliance in investment when companies don't have enough liquidity to continue running and is forced to sell assets valuable to the business in times of panics and reduced investment. Overall investors are in large part a reason for the success of modern corporations.
