If your company grows big enough to hire sales people, will you set sales quotas or use commissions? Why or why not? (1-2 paragraphs. 5.0 points) I would use commissions. This is because it is more economical for the company, only having to pay sales people when they successfully sell a product. It would motivate the sales people to sell more products because they know they benefit from it. Although it can pressure them sometimes, I feel like it would be the best route to take

Susan opened a savings account with $750 at 2.9 percent annual interest. If she keeps the money in the account for 2 years, what
Andrews [41]

Answer:

The answer is $793.50

Explanation:

To solve this, we will use the annual interest formula for simple interest, which is:

A = P(1 + rt)

Where:

 • A is the final amount including principal
 • P is the principal amount = $750
 • r is the rate per year = 2.9% or 0.029 (that is 2.9 divided by 100)
 • t is the number of years = 2 years

Next, we input these into the equation as follows:

A = 750(1 + 0.029 x 2)

A = 750(1 + 0.058)

A = 750(1.058)

A = 793.5

Therefore, Susan earns $793.50

Dima020 [189]

Answer:

The correct answer is a) Esteem.

Explanation:

The pyramid of the Maslow hierarchy is based on five stages on the needs of people, which function as motivational factors for the individual; these are organized from those that must be satisfied first until reaching the peak of the pyramid.

Among Maslow's needs are:

 • Physiological needs.
 • Need for security.
 • Need for love and belonging.
 • Need for esteem.
 • Need for self realization.

In his theory, Maslow speaks that the needs are being filled from the bottom of the pyramid, which begins with the physiological needs, then progresses to reach the top of the pyramid to meet his need for self-realization. I also make it clear that the requirement should not be satisfied 100% to move on to the next one.

In this case, Tanveer needs importance for esteem. The need for esteem is divided into two: the first is self-esteem, where the need for independence and achievement are present; the second is the desire for reputation or respect of other people where prestige or status is related.

And for Tanveer, the respect and reputation of his employees in his new job are very important to him.

I hope this information can help you.

OlgaM077 [116]

Answer:

What happens with a cross-cultural risk?

Explanation:

If you were to attract management of an international business, encompassing the cultural variety of the country may or may not bring success. Managers involved in businesses that are international will have to become more sensitive to the challenges originating from the social and ethnic landscape of the countries they work in.

I think you should research a real-world example of a company that received backlash or risk due to attempting to or becoming a cross-cultural company.
