Basically if I say the word stupid that would have a bad impression so it's negative, but if I change it to struggling/needs help it would be either neutral or positive
Most words tend to do that depending on how you use them and where they are located
Answer: A counterclaim is the response to a state. Lets say you believe fish are the best and I say they arent. Thats my counterclaim. A rebuttal is when you take the other person's words and twist them to fit your claim.
