Answer:

Hi,

In Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Juliet talks about her thoughts aloud when it was revealed to her that Romeo's family was the enemy of her family. This was the part;

“O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?”…Deny thy father and refuse thy name”

A soliloquy is the act of speaking one’s thoughts aloud when alone or with other hearers in a play. It is spoken by a character to to show the inner thoughts of that person. The character normally doesnot care about the presence of other actors. It is applied  in a play to tell readers and viewers about the hidden thoughts of the character and advance the entire plot.

Of which type of logical fallacy is the following example?
jeka94

Answer:

Anecdotal Evidence Fallacy

Explanation:

Anecdotal evidence fallacy is characterized as the flaw in reasoning when the speaker substantiates the claim using a personal experience in lack of a logical evidence.

The given example would be considered '<u>anecdotal evidence fallacy</u>' as the claim 'all students cheat' is based on a 'personal experience'('I've caught three...this year') which is insufficient to prove the validity of the claim and make it unsound. It fails to support the claim logically and thus, makes the argument flawed.
